Burning sensation while urinating (Male)

I have a burning sensation while I urinate, sometimes low and sometimes high in intensity. Also there is a very little pain in the front part of the penis sometimes. I have cold cough and slight fever for 2-3 days, if that could be related to this.

You may be suffering from urinary tract infection.get a mid stream urine sample examination done to confirm. Treatment as per findings of the report should be taken. For fever sympotamatic drug paracetsmol500 mg 6 hourly can be taken. Taking more fluid / water helps in decreasing burning in urine
