I had unprotected anal sex on December 23rd , 2023 and from December 26th, 2023 I was experiencing burning sensation while urinating & also  discharge from my penis...I thought the problem would go away on its own but it persisted...I decided to take action & on january 17th i.e. approximately 22 days after.. I did urine routine & urine culture & sensitivity test by self ...I also consulted a doctor simultaneously online ...he asked me to do hiv I& II and also blood vdrl ...both of them came negative...and on my urine culture test , it showed e coli>100,000 levels ...so he prescribed me one sachet of fosfomycin...I consumed it accordingly but my problem still didn't resolve ...after a week i consulted him again & he asked me to show penis pics to determine infection ...after seeing he told me o had no infection & prescribed tab URISPAS for 7 days , twice a day ...but I still feel burning sensation while urinating most times & also discharge from my penis still there
