Last tolast week I wasnt drinking much water and starting feeling a bit burning sensation.4 days ago masturbated,mistakenly put excessive pressure near penis tip after which feeling constant buring and tingling sensation in upper urethra,tried norflox,zintec,alkasol,zenfloxUTI with very less ease. When I press gently near penis tip thr is slghtpain
