Burning sensation over upper abdomen

For the last few days, had irregular and very little food due to irritation in the throat. Now when I'm eating regular meals three times a day,during dinner time, there is slight burning sensation over my chest,upper abdomen on the midline. It's dull but present, pls help !

Start any PPI like pantocid 40 mg once daily before breakfast for 2 to 4 weeks
