Burning sensation in penis during stool

I have been feeling burning sensation along with white sperm like layer on the head of the penis. This happens only when i go for stool. This is mot so frequently it happens with me like once or twice in a weak .and it remains for few hours and then pain and the sensation of burning goes off.May i know the possible cause for this ? Thanks
