Burning sensation in hand

Burning sensation in hands due to chilli ,bell peper and capsicum. And minor cuts because of knife. Used ice,cold milk,coconut oil,burn heal medicine,aloevera gel. But no relief even after 3 hours. kindly suggest what can be done URGENTLY.

Avoid contacts of all above things , n for immediate relief keep yr hand under ice cold water.or keep ice in yr palm,apply any antiseptic ointment.
