I ate maida and take rejunex cd3 at night from morning I feels burning sensation all over body it stays for 2 days and vanished after that. What would be the reason behind this??

It can be bcz many reason but in ur case u took vit B12 so v assume it was low side so after correction ur prob is solved then not to worry n focus on diet
