Burning sensation, and blurred

I realised from few months my eyes has some burning sensation while seeing I can't see Straight continually and blurred vision in my left eyes I realised some little black patch seeing through my eyes What does means please suggest?

Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome so please put lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily and rub ocupol dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every 20minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20inches.wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and also do cold compresses with ice and consume lot of fresh fruit and vegetables and don't sit facing towards ac or blowers.

Hello This burning sensation could be due to dryness Try A cold compresses B. Use Lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist
