Hi ...i am 23 years old men and i had the problem of burning or itching in penis as well in anus at the same time from 3 years. I also have the piles but there is no bleeding in that or i also did sonography and urine test many times but all are negative and no disease found but still i have the problem. I suffer with it only once in a day or from 3 to 4 days for 3 to 4 hours and after some hours it gone. Kindly tell me that which doctor i have to consult and which problem i have.
