Hello Doctor. I had a small red spot ish on my scrotum and itching I applied candid cream and it went away. From yesterday night I am experiencing burning sensation on my penis shaft. And it's feels a bit warm. My urine feels a little warm too. I consulted a doctor who said it was an Yeast infection. But after my consultation I am now having a numb sort of sensation in my left testicle. I don't understand what's going on. It does not seem likely for me to get std since my girlfriend and I both never had any other sexual partners and the last time we had any physical contact was over a month ago. I have vitamin deficiency so i keep having sores in my mouth every once in a while. I have some right now too. Please help me with what this is.
