I inhaled acid while cleaning,from then my nose got irritated.nose airways are very sore while breathing.I took okacet tablet and steam inhale this morning.but still feeling burning in nose.and slight pressure in chest.Can I take Azithromycin 500 for relief.Iam scared that this will cause cold and cough
