I feel burning and pinching sensation in left palm excepecially in finger tips of thumb and index finger I repeatedly occurring this type of problem can you help in this

First it may be due to cerviacal spondylitis since it's common in ur age group , second check ur sugar levels for ruling out diabetes third consult a neurologist if persist
