A couple of days ago, my uncle got his right leg scalded by a motorcycles muffler. He doesn't want to go the hospital even if we convinced him. So I'm curious, how can we remedy it in our own home??

Next Steps
DX – If severe, Admit to Hospital for Work-Up and Treatment • CBC, Type and Cross, CMP • U/A, CXR, ABG • CarboxyHb, EKG • Urine Mg, CK
Health Tips
TX – Tetanus Morphine Silver Sulfadiazine cream 1%, apply QD-BID. Apply to cleansed, debrided burn wound. Avoid contact w/ eyes.
