Burn in finger caused due to short circu

A short circuit in iron caused it to catch fire and created a burn circle on my finger. The burnt area has blackened completely and swelled with a whitish water which starts leaking on contact with anything. Pain is continuous and burnol cream is not helping lessen the pain.
