Burn blister

Due to boiling water fell on my right hand it's looking like now I will attach image. I am applying silverex ointment and taking antibiotic Aug choice 625,pain killer acemiz Mr tab.just 2 days ago it happened.some people telling me to visit a doctor and  break the blister.its not dried yet. After completion of antibiotic course shall I visit a doctor to break blister ? Will it  be painful? Or before completion of the antibiotic course i should visit a doctor for blister break? Please suggest which one will be right? Or else what should I do? I am attaching age for current condition. Plz Suggest.

U can use the local antibiotics over there and complete ur antibiotics dose and can drain ur blister with the technique...for which u should consult me

Don’t prick by ur slef , might be it vl get infected and you will get more infections. Consult near by doctor, for aseptic procedure if needed.
