Bumps or pimple like structures on penis

I am a 20years male .There are pimples like or any other type small structures through which a white coloured sebum like secretions will secrete when pressure is applied but it is non painful and doesn't cause any irritation. And doesn't cause any problem in daily life. I have this problem from last 6years. I had oral sex once when I am 15 years of age.
