A year ago I felt lumps on the inside of my jaw line start to appear, since then I have developed more of these small lumps which vary in size(from each other and at different times)3 on each side of my jaw. They are positioned pretty symmetrically.lymph nodes either side of my larynx have been flaring up recently & when it furst happened too.My doc said it's just glands(salivary),or swollen nodes, had an ultrasound done when it 1st happened & it was clear. The bumps are hard, painless &moveable.

You seem to be having enlargement submandibular lymph nodes. If they are small and painless then you need not worry about them as they commonly occur because of dental and oral infections. If they are growing in size then get a fine needle aspiration cytology
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
