Bump on head since 5years
I had a bump on my head since long, may be 5-6 years. It used to be small like a small peanut but recently I feel the size has bit increased. I never had pain in that even now also no pain. But I am bit worried now, want to know what possibly it can be and what should I do to find it out what it is...plz guide
Hi there...i can understand your concern. Swellings over the head could be anything form neurofibroma, lipoma, sebaceous cyst, calcified cyst. It will require detailed clinical examination. Also history of associated symptoms, trauma will have to be looked at. So kindly consult a dermatologist or general surgeon for further evaluation.
