I have got bulged mass some kind of tumor like thing on my chest area that is swollen and how it apppeard I don't know and when it appeared I have no idea

It looks like a keloid. It occurs after an old injury, the scar tissue over grows at the wound margin. In some cases it is genetic. Consult a surgeon
