4days back I feel. .. itching at above knee. I saw there some rash is there.nex day it becomes a water bubble.and very painful. Now it is becomes awound ..and very painful.

If there is a blister then it needs to get removed.With a sterilised needle or disposable needle, puncture the blister n drain out the fluid collection, n clean with diluted savlon soln.en apply some antiseptic cream like betadine or soframycin.yr best bet is to go to a physician, who can diagnose n can do the needful.
