Bubbly feeling under the feet

My father in law is feeling like there are so many bubbles under the feet but visibly there is nothing under the feet. Inside it pains moderately but externally there is nothing . We had consulted the orthopaedic doctor. He had done x ray but nothing came out. Is there any nerve issue or some deficoency we dont get it. Please assist us

Assessment of vitamin d3 b12 t3t4tsh mg. Is there  any knee problem??? No u write  xray is normal. Unable to say what is it. Tab flexon Mr two times a day after food for 3 to five days. Neurokind od one at night for 2 weeks.
