Hi doctor I am having bubbles on my pennis from past 4 days usually I used to have 3 to 4 times a sex in a month from past 3 months using condoms and now it’s staring itching and bubbles are increasing is there solution and to whom I have to contact

It may be allergy or local injury due to condom. Do you do bed rubbing ?
