Hello, Fist in back???? Don't get it. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON. As local examintion is must. Than anything can be done. Tab sigmoflam eight hourly after food for three to five days. Tab CIPROFLOXACILLINE 500 three times a day after food for three to five days. Plenty of liquids. Light diet with least oil n spices.ok
