M feeling breathing problem from past 1 week n fever in the night n always tired doctor said bec of dust but actually m feeling very tired But all blood reportes and chest X-ray is normal but I feel I couldn't breath wen I got out

Hi. I understand your concern s For a better evaluation consult a pulmonologist for the same. You may need pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started.
