I have breathlesnrss on walking it happen some time my ct angiogram echo ecg tmt pft is normal cbc and all other count are normal what is proable dx

You are the doctor, kindly enlighten us with the diagnosis, since you know all of the tests are normal. Because I actually thought we(real doctors) were suppose to decide which tests are normal and which are not.
