Breathlessness while vomiting
My son is 4 months old. He is top feeding. at times he vomits entire feed mostly because of fast sucking or putting finger in mouth immidiately after feeding. the vomit vomes from nose as well. He feels very much distressed and breathless for a few seconds after it comes from nose. then he cathes breath and cries. he becomes absolutely normal after sometime. is it normal to feel breathless after vomiting from nose? what to do then and what precaution I can take to soothe him then?

Your concern is baby is vomiting some timetime after feeds. It is coming through mouth too
Then baby is holding breath and crying
My opinion is
Probably baby is vomiting because you are overfeeding. So
Avoid overfeeding the baby
Give feed in head elevated position
Burp the baby after feeds
Avoid conditions which cause crying and holding breath for the baby
