Breathlessness during physical work

Sometimes when I walk ,run or do exercise I breath very heavily and start feeling breathlessness after that. I was prescribed by doctor to use Esiflo 250 transcap during these situations. I'm using that whenever I feel like. Using this, I feel very relieved and relaxed. But I'm afraid that high frequency of usage of this may cause some side effects. Please suggest.

Hi. I understand your concern s. Using medicines as and when required does not work. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis. Consult a pulmonologist for the same
