When run only 100 meters or heavy exercise only 2 minutes then i can't breathing properly. I am only 20 years old . Some time it happened not every times .So sir Pls tell me what is the problem?

there are many cardiac diseases that are first diagnosed at your age.. like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy atrial septal defect valvular heart disease but nothing to get afraid.. just get a 2D-ECHO test done. it would clearly tell if there is any problem.
