Breathing problems

Recently diagnosed with some liver problems like high billirubin and SGPT after that I am experiencing with some breathing problems while sleeping mainly.what I need to do please suggest.is it a lung problem or hurt problem or pneumonia please suggest.

Pls get a chest x-ray and ultrasound scan of abdomen to be clear.
