Tightness in chest and unable to breath,blocked nose, head ache,pain in stomach ,feel like bloating .

Hi . I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis and also to assess severity of bronchitis and allergy . Treatment can be started for the same. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.
