I recently moved to bengaluru and from last 4 nights I am waking up post midnight because of less of breath. I was earlier getting Ayurvedic treatment for Allergic Rhinitis before shifting to benglaluru but stopped after moving. Is this breathing problem, a continuation of Allergic Rhintis?
