Breathing problem & Skin Itching

I am suffering from Breathing problem and skin itching. so, I consult a dermatologist.She advised me to take blood tests.(CBP, ESR, TCH, Serum IgE level, Urine Examination) All other reports are looking ok, but I felt the problem with my IgE levels, It is 4895.Please give the suggestion for treatment & is it any dangerous health issue. Thank you
