My father highly obese he is about 82 years but now he is felling difficulties in breathing some times feeling of cough in lungs he is nebulisation with flohel with duolin what else treatment can done.

Breathing difficulties in your father could be due to due to multiple reasons related to heart and lung. Nebulisations will only help a part of breathing problems. It is best to see a pulmonologist in your area who can examine your father and help hi breathing difficulties.
