Feeling suffocation and gastric problem an d every time feeling throat and upper chest tight from 1 yr and feeling am going to die.... Pls help me out.

Hi upper abdomen and chest discomfort can be due to gastritis or some cardiac issues or lung itself.... consult physician and undergo complete examination to look for cause and get treated accordingly... Have meals or food at regular intervals and on time avoid spicy food and oily foods and drink excess of Water to avoid gastritis...
