Hello, Is there any chest pain or palpitations or dizziness with this breathing difficulty? Is there any fever cough or cold ? When was his last cardiac checkup done ? Is there any leg swelling? Is he not able to sleep at night because of breathing difficulty? Is his urine output good ? Have you checked his hemoglobin recently? ECG or Echo ? I need to know all above information to decide cause of his breathing problem and treat accordingly Take care
