Breathing difficult when sleeping

My age 26 Weight 95 BMI 29.5 Height 5.9 Bp 130/80 Heart 90bpm Sugar 220 Symptoms Breathing problem at beginning of the sleep occurs once or twice a week Nasal congrestion from last 1 year which shifts sides and worsens when I sleep And only in rainy and winter More dreams in sleep and scary dreams wake me up Anexity of health and unwanted thoughts about life Consulted both ENT and pulmonologist Pulmonologist said allergic rhinitis ENT said GERD Please advise me Breathing problem only at the beginning of sleep have posted many queries about this consider this as my last query and answer pls 🙏 I beg u doctors
