Breatheless ness during small activities

My haemoglobin is 17.2 g/dL, while my MPV and PDW are 14 and 31.7, respectively. My triglycerides are 200 mg/dL and total cholesterol is 178 mg/dL. I frequently experience shortness of breath even during minor physical activities and feel tired quite easily. At times, the breathlessness becomes more severe, especially when performing strenuous activities or climbing multiple flights of stairs.Could you please advise on what might be causing these symptoms and what steps I should take next?

Breathlessness on exertion with a raised haemoglobin and triglycerides deserves a proper physician workup covering your heart and lungs, rather than being brushed off as just fitness related.

There can be a secondary cause, only CBC can’t help diagnose. Please refer a Physician physically. Telemedicine has it’s limitations, physical consultation is required to come to the cause.
Next Steps
Consult a Physician physically ASAP.
