Breastfeeding query

It's been 3 months since my delivery and my twin babies were premature at time of delivery.So i tried breastfeeding back till one month but babies were not able to do it.I want to resume or restart now but I don have milk now.I am taking lactonic granules daily.Is there any chance to regain breastmilk production now? Any medication to help?

It is a difficult situation but there is always a chance . All that I can say is that as long as babies are not getting enough breastfeed please continue to give them top feed. They should not starve.
