Hi
I have tried everything (lactare tablet ,garlic granules) eating green veg, and whatever is mentioned as important for breast milk secretion
But nothing worked.
Please suggest.

First of all relax.... A calm mother is better for the baby.... We need a few more details about how old is the baby ..

but in mean time... increase your water intake and also Lotus seeds(makhaane) are good for breast milk.... also try almond milk with ghee ( hareera)
