Does the gassy food eaten by lactating mother make baby gassy? Does ice cream and cold water drank by her cause cold in her baby?

If the mother has cold and fever, very high chance for the baby to get cold..spread of infection through air and droplet. Food taken by mother and that will cause any problem in baby is very less likely.
