Breastfeeding 3.5 month old. Throat infe

My baby is 3.5 month old and is completely on breast milk. I have developed throat infection today. What medicine can i take? He has winter diarrhea already since 4-5 days and is passing watery stool 8-10 times a day, but otherwise his activities are completely normal.

Zinc is the only thing along with adequate feeds ...make sure  urine frequency of baby is not coming down
