Reports are normal. You have to be doing self examination at home for some lumps/nodules present in breasts and consult the surgeon if need be. ultrasound reports are more definite. Mammography carries risk of radiations. If still in doubt, get a second opinion from a reputed Ultrasonologist . Get back here with reports/ other queries if any.
