White n thick kind of thing is coming out of nipple,since morning  nipple was paining so checked it white kind of tiny thing was there on top of the nipple when squeezed it came out from the nipple after it came out nipple pain was redused what is this white thing n is this is normal or need to worry abt it pls advise.
