I had Breast abscess surgery last year, I have small lump again, it not reached to Pus at, I am attaching present scanning report, do I need surgery? As per my present situation.

Any abscess should be drained surgically... U need infusion and drainage of the abscess. Antibiotics. Pus culture and sensitivity report.
