I had a fiber adenoma in my right breast and I was advised to take simrose tablet. Now during self breast exam I found another lump in same breast and its little hard and it gives pain if I press with little pressure. Should I need to remove? Whom should I consult? I'm little afraid to visit a doctor.

Hello there. No need to be scared. You need to consult a surgeon regarding this problem. Get a mammography done. Regards
