My sister is 16 years old and her nippples don't stick out all the time. Only when there is some change in temperature or after bath or if it is touched it sticks out otherwise it is flat and goes inside. She has gained weight recently soem times she has pain in her breasts and some streach marks recently. Is it normal?

Flat nipples can come out if she pulls on them daily with a moisturiser. Breast pain is usually normal. Stretch marks are becoz of sudden weight gain. They are permanent and difficult to get rid of. Ask her not to put on any more wt or they will increase
