I am facing breast size rapidly changing issue.i am using 36 D size bra.There are 3 hooks in bra.Fat consumption effect is very rapidly on bra size.Like if today i have fitted bra in tight 3rd hooks and i eat something having calories like sweet or junk food then next day my bra will no longer be fit in the same hook it will be comfortable in 2nd hook.And if that day too i eat something then next day it will be in 1st hook.This is the band size change.sometimes cup size also becomes tight within1 day.i am very much disturbed with this issue.i always try to control my weight and start jym workout also to manage my weight.But sometimes i have to go outside to a function or some special occasion and i eat something next day in hurry i fit my bra in same hook as of last day But whole day i get uncomfortable due to this.
