My baby didnt regain his birth weight even after 21days. Pee count was also only twice a day. So doctor recommended formula feed which i dont want to give him. But bcoz of low bm i had to give him. Im takin wanto lact and galact granules for increasing supply. My doubt is how to find my bm is enough for baby.. Even after feedin he is crying.. Does that mean my milk is not sufficient.. Kindly help me plsss
