I'm 23 years old.I can't grow beard and moustache. I'm thinking to try cipla tugain 5 for it.Will it work? Does it has any side effects?

Do you have family history on your maternal and paternal side of delayed growth of beard. You can try tugain 5% lotion once daily in evening. There is not any side effects of it.
