Good day I'm currently winning off zytomol anti depression pills, I have regular brain zaps but I know its a symptom, but recently I have been getting heart pulses where it feels like its moving into my throat, its happening randomly, its difficult to explain but its really weird, can you help or if u need any more info I can provide
